Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. Right now, that happens in two places on this site:

• Contact form — name, email address, company (optional), the type of project you're asking about, and your message.
• Quote tool — your answers to a few project questions (service type, scope, budget range, timeline) and your email address, so we can send you the estimate.

We don't require an account to use this site, and we don't collect payment information here — the site currently has no checkout or billing functionality.

2. How we use it

We use the information above only to respond to your inquiry, prepare and send the estimate you requested, and keep a record of the conversation for our own reference. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

3. Third-party service providers

We use a small number of third-party services to run this site and process the information above. Each only receives what it needs to do its job:

• Resend — delivers contact form and quote tool submissions to our inbox by email.
• Cloudflare — hosts this website and provides its infrastructure.

If we launch a client portal for online payments, that portal will use a payment processor (currently expected to be Stripe) to handle payment information directly — we don't store card details ourselves. That portal will have its own, more detailed privacy disclosures covering account and payment data once it's live.

4. Cookies and tracking

This website does not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. If that changes — for example, if we add basic traffic analytics in the future — we'll update this policy to describe what's in use and how to opt out where applicable.

5. Data retention

We keep contact form and quote submissions for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of client communications, or until you ask us to delete it.

6. Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us, including relying on the security practices of the service providers listed above. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us at the address below. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Children's privacy

This website is intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
